Policies and Shipping

Shipping options are available to any of the other Hawaiian Islands.  Door to Door delivery available on the islands of Big Island and Oahu.  (Maui & Kauai shipping available to port currently)

No returns on bikes; exchanges only within 30 days of purchase if the bicycle is in new condition. No refunds on canceled rentals or partial refunds for rentals returned early. Parts and accessories in brand new, unused condition with full packaging may be returned within 7 days for a refund. All refunds, including canceled special orders, may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
